Effective Date: October 9, 2026 • Site: www.middlesiggy.com
MiddleSiggy is operated by SiggySOFT LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, the accounts, memberships, purchases, downloads, blog and community areas offered on it, and any related service that links to these Terms (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or post anything on the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use, including any purchase. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
Some parts of the Services are open to everyone, some to anyone with a free account, and some only to members of a paid membership level. The benefits of each level are described where the membership is offered. We may add, change or retire levels and benefits from time to time.
When you buy or are given access to a digital product (for example a guide, a file or a software download), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute, or make it available to others, or remove any notices from it. Software may come with its own license terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. We aim to keep purchased downloads available from your account, but we do not promise that every product will remain available indefinitely; keep your own copy.
The community and comment areas let members ask questions, answer them and share experience. Content in public areas can be read by anyone, including people who are not signed in, and may be found through search engines.
When you use the Services you agree not to:
Apart from content posted by members, the Services and their content, including text, videos, images, software, designs and the names and logos we use, belong to SiggySOFT LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use them for your personal use of the Services. Any other use needs our written permission.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page with the subject "Copyright notice", including: your signature (a typed name is enough); a description of the work you say is infringed; the address of the material on our site; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. A member whose content is removed may send a counter-notice with the information the law requires. We may remove content and close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Services or our software, we may use them without any obligation to you.
The Services may include or link to services run by others, such as video players, payment processors and other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
Articles, videos, guides, reviews, product comparisons and community answers are general information and opinion, offered for education and entertainment. They are not professional advice for your situation. Equipment, software, networks and devices differ; follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidance, and back up your files before you change anything. You use any information or procedure from the Services at your own risk.
The Services, and everything provided through them, are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, or that content is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiggySOFT LLC and its owners, members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or equipment, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SiggySOFT LLC and its owners, members, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice, for example on the site or by e-mail. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our contact page and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to SiggySOFT LLC through our contact page.
