Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2026  •  Site: www.middlesiggy.com

1. Who We Are

MiddleSiggy is operated by SiggySOFT LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with your use of this website.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

3. Visitor Records

Your browser sends your IP address, the page you ask for, the page that linked you here and your browser's name and version with every request to every website; that is how the site knows what to send back. We reserve the right to record and use this information about visits to our site. Our web server keeps a record of each request, and we use the records to run the site and understand its visitors: how many people come, which pages they read, roughly where they are (a city looked up from the IP address in the DB-IP database) and whether anyone is abusing the site. We keep these records for one year; after that only daily totals without addresses remain. We do not sell them or share them, except when the law requires it.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies to manage user sessions and site functionality. By using this site, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of the site.

When you sign in to your Team Siggy account with "Keep me signed in on this device" ticked, the site sets one more cookie, __Host-ms_member. It holds a random code that keeps you signed in on that browser until you sign out there, or until the browser goes 30 days without visiting the site. The site keeps a one-way fingerprint of that code (never the code itself), the type of device (for example "Chrome on Windows"), the network address and the dates, so that you can see these sign-ins and end them under My account, "Where you stay signed in". Signing out removes the cookie from that browser; deleting your account removes all of these records. With the box unticked, your sign-in ends when you close the browser.

6. YouTube and Google API Services

SiggySOFT LLC operates a private, internal administration tool that connects to YouTube channels we own in order to manage our own audience comments. This section describes that use specifically, as required by Google.

This tool is not offered to the public. Only authorised SiggySOFT LLC staff can sign in to it. Visitors to this website are not asked to connect a Google or YouTube account, and no member of the public grants us access to their account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using YouTube features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Log data is retained on a rolling basis and automatically deleted after a limited period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You can also delete your account yourself from your account page. Deleting it removes your profile, your membership records and your sign-in information. Posts you made in public areas may remain, shown as from a former member and no longer linked to you. Records of purchases are kept where tax or accounting law requires, without your name or e-mail address.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Service.

11. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
