How I test them

Each mower cuts my own lawn: slopes up to about 20 degrees, a swale, and trees where an RTK mower loses its signal.

The videos walk through the setup and where to put the charging station, mapping the yard, the hill test, obstacles, maintenance such as changing the blades, and what the mower costs to own. If you want to narrow down the models first, the comparison tool lets you filter them by brand, lawn size and features.
